SMALL AND LARGE GROUP TRAINING
Fancy bootcamp-style circuit training in a group of your choice? This is a great way to tone up, burn fat and increase your energy levels, whilst having fun! The group training sessions will be tailored to your needs and are a fantastic way to work hard, whilst being with a group of motivated individuals. Mixing cardiovascular drills with bodyweight and weighted exercises, this is certainly money well spent. These sessions can be run as often or as little as you like, however to reap the full benefits, I would suggest at least 1 session per week, alongside your one to one sessions or other training.
These sessions cater for everyone, whether you are a beginner or more advanced. So, if you are a group of old school friends, school mums, work colleagues or even family members, get in touch and book your first group training session!
