Whether your goal is to reduce body fat, tone up, increase your endurance or improve strength, I am here to support you.

Maintaining a healthy weight is important for your overall health. Making small, simple and realistic changes to your diet and physical activity can become a part of your regular routine. The best way to reduce body fat is to make long-term changes to your diet and physical activity that result in a steady rate of weight loss.

My programmes cover advice on healthy eating, combined with a tailored exercise programme which includes regular cardiovascular exercise and resistance training. All of my clients are individual and have varying goals and fitness backgrounds, so each session is completely bespoke. We will focus on burning calories and ensure that you are in a calorie deficit, whilst maintaining a balanced diet.

If you have an upcoming holiday/wedding, are a new mum looking to shift the baby weight or just want to feel better about yourself, get in touch for a free consultation. If you prefer to train with a partner (Semi-private Personal Training) or in a small group, these options are available.

Shorter, more intense workouts challenge our body by making it do things it isn’t used to. I believe that your body’s composition (muscle vs fat) is much more important than the number on the scale. If you want to get fit and toned, don’t be too concerned with the scale and concentrate on the composition of your body, especially if you’re after the lean look.

In order to tone up, you need to increase muscle tissue as well as having a low enough body fat percentage to see the definition and shape of the muscles. Toning exercises are all about adding resistance, via bodyweight training and weight training.

By introducing a combination of metabolic resistance training circuits and interval training, my programmes are designed to help you shed excess body fat, elevate your metabolism and increase your overall muscle tone. Get in touch for a free consultation.

With strong, healthy muscles, you can feel confident when accomplishing everyday tasks. When you perform resistance exercises to build strength and endurance, you’ll likely improve your overall health. Increasing muscle mass will also help you avoid accidents and injuries that are more likely with weak muscles.

My programmes take into account many variables, such as your fitness level, skill, your likes and dislikes. Even if you have very little or no experience with training and would like to give personal training sessions a go, a bespoke programme will be created to help you become a stronger, fitter and more efficient individual.

If you are interested in a bespoke strength endurance programme which fits into your lifestyle, look no further!

“Sport-specific” training is simply fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement. It is a means of simulating a movement or exercise in the gym, with the intention of it transferring to the field, regardless of what the field is.

Whether you’re a footballer wanting to prepare for the season ahead, a runner, a swimmer or a tennis player, or perhaps you compete in a number of sports, sport-specific training can take you to the next level in your chosen sport.

It doesn’t matter whether you are a young teenager training for fun or an adult competing at a high level, LH Training has got you covered.

Working on strength, power, speed, balance, co-ordination, endurance and flexibility, sport-specific training prepares you to perform at the highest level, by improving your skills.

These sessions can be carried out in the gym or outside, in a Brighton/Hove location of your choice.
