Fancy bootcamp-style circuit training with a great group of likeminded individuals? This is a brilliant way to increase muscle and endurance, burn fat and increase your energy levels, whilst having fun! The group training sessions will be tailored to your needs and are a fantastic way to work hard and push yourself whilst having fun! Mixing cardiovascular drills with bodyweight and weighted exercises, this is certainly money well spent. To reap the full benefits, I would suggest at least 1 group session per week, alongside your one to one sessions or other training.
These sessions cater for everyone, whether you are a beginner or more advanced.
